Centrally located in the heart of NDNU, The Café offers a variety of dining options. Start your day with a hearty breakfast at our made-to-order grill, featuring café-free eggs, breakfast burritos, homestyle potatoes and breakfast meats. Looking for something a little lighter? We offer a wide variety of cereal as well as a fruit bar and freshly baked pastries.
Join us mid-day for lunch, where we offer a variety of options at every meal. Choose from house-made pizza, made-to-order sandwiches, grill and hot entrees. We also offer a healthy salad bar stocked with sustainable greens, local produce and housemade
dressings. (For your convenience, the salad bar is open all day.) In a hurry? Try one of our chef prepared gourmet salads, sandwiches or snacks, located in the eXpress grab and go cooler. 

Come sunset we offer a variety of dinner entrées including comfort classics, panini  pecials, global cuisines and an authentic taqueria complete with house-made salsas.
